All LoPresti, Marcovy & Marotta, LLP attorneys are licensed in the State of Ohio and are admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Some of attorneys are also licensed in other state and federal jurisdictions including the United States Supreme Court, Maryland, Louisiana, 3rd, 4th, and 6th Circuits.
Due to the firm limiting its representations to business and governmental entities, we maintain an ongoing conflict of interest check, which has always resulted in a refusal of any employment which might raise even an appearance of a conflict with LoPresti Marcovy & Marotta, LLP or its individual attorneys’ past representations.
